Deposits & Cancellations


Please note there is a £25 refundable deposit required for all Consultations and up to 50% deposit for some treatments.

Deposits are fully refundable, even if you decide not to proceed with a treatment.

If you do decide to proceed with a treatment, then the deposit can be used as part-payment towards this, at your request. 

Cancellations/No Show Policy

Appointments which are changed or cancelled within 24hrs are subject to a £25 cancellation fee. 

However, we do understand that 'things happen' and we are flexible. If this is the first time that you have cancelled at late notice, it is unlikely that we will charge you as a gesture of goodwill.

Excessive cancellations, including both under and over 24 hours’ notice may result in up to 100% charge of the treatment cost.

All no-show appointments will be charged either £25 or up to 100% cost of the treatment cost (depending on the appointment), but this may be waived dependant on circumstances.

Please note

Due to the popularity of the clinic, some clients cannot get an appointment on their desired date and time. If you do cancel at short notice or do not turn up for your appointment, you are unnecessarily depriving other clients of an appointment which they would’ve wanted.

Please be considerate for both our staff and other clients and let us know if you can't make it.
